Peak Safety Services Ltd, our aim is to provide you with a general building services to improve the daily running of your workplace and to reflect the image you want to create. We provide a complete range of services that relate to activities necessary for your company to function inclusive to new builds and maintenance, providing you with a single point of contact for all your facility needs.
Peak Safety Services Ltd is committed to cost-effective services, providing the client with an improving level of service. We can achieve this by integrating with the client’s personnel, adopting a flexible approach and operating an open-book policy between the client and Peak Safety Services Ltd. We also provide managed cost planning agreed with our clients, supported by a detailed financial summary of all costs incurred.
Peak Safety was initially a family run business. This ‘family’ ethos has continued, and Peak group has built a team of qualified, competent, and trustworthy staff who work unitedly to achieve company goals. By strategic planning and open communication, Peak Safety can function efficiently whilst exceeding customer and employee needs.
Peak Safety Services Limited is a specialist access, roofing and construction company that was founded in January 2008 by
husband and wife Liam and Louise O’Dowd, who have combined 45 years in the industry. The business head office is located in Kidderminster, Worcester, which is central in the UK. It is an ideal location for business premises as access is available to major motorway networks and close to Birmingham City Centre, the location of Peak allows for work to be carried out nationwide and operate as a national contractor.
Who Are We?
MEET THE TEAM.
Liam has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years and has a profound understanding of all aspects of it. He founded Peak Safety Services Ltd in 2008, as Managing Director Liam is responsible for leading the Peak family drawing on his in-depth knowledge and experience.
Louise in partnership with Liam founded Peak Safety Services Ltd in 2008. Louise has been in the construction industry for many years with a background in recruitment and office management bringing valuable skills and is often the first friendly point of contact with the Peak team.
Matt became operations director in 2022 following several years as contracts manager, overseeing the successful delivery of many of the Peak Safety projects over this time. Matt draws on a wealth of knowledge and experience gained during site supervisory roles and having previously has worked alongside Liam since 2003 working in all aspects of the construction industry.
Heritage Contracts Manager
Rick commenced his career as a stonemason 2002, before moving into supervisor, heritage advisor, contract management, regional manager positions on a variety of major projects. Rick Started with Peak in 2022 and now heads up the Peak Heritage division of the business and brings with him vast experience of the heritage sector.
Faith joined Peak Safety in 2017, and has over 13 years’ of experience in finance, quality systems and helped establish business processes. She is a qualified Level 4 accounts technician and manages our ISO9001/45001 integrated management system. Faith will soon be the latest member of the Peak team to earn her IOSH accreditation.
Tanya, an experienced office administrator with 20 years of dedicated service in the hospitality industry, was ready for a new chapter in her career. Seeking a change and fresh challenges, she recently joined Peak Safety as a Project Assistant. Tanya’s extensive background in managing teams and handling various administrative tasks makes her a perfect fit for her new role. With her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Tanya quickly adapts to the demands of her projects, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution.
